Terms of Service

The service

MakeViralClip uses AI to adapt a selected reference video using your photo. Template previews show reference scenes, not guaranteed results from your photo. MakeViralClip is independent and is not affiliated with the featured artists or social platforms.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18. Upload a photo of yourself or another adult who has given permission, and hold the rights needed to use it. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, harassment or other harmful content.

Payment and delivery

The listed price is $5.99 per clip as a one-time payment through Stripe. Each verified purchase authorizes one generation request for the selected template and photo. Availability is checked before checkout; if capacity is unavailable, checkout is disabled. Generation can take several minutes, and completion times are not guaranteed.

AI can produce changes in likeness, clothing, motion, lighting and fine details. We do not guarantee exact identity replacement, reproduction of an original post or a particular soundtrack. Review the result before sharing and follow the rules of the platform where you post it.

Retrieving and saving results

Save your private lookup code to check your request later. Anyone with that code can access its task and any available video. The provider's result link lasts only 24 hours; download your clip promptly. A lookup code is not permanent video storage.

Rights and responsible use

You remain responsible for the rights and consent associated with your inputs and your use of the output. Generating a video does not grant rights to someone else's music, footage, identity or trademarks. We do not promise exclusive rights in AI-generated content. We may restrict use that violates these terms or abuses the service.

Failures and support

See our Refund Policy for failed generation and billing issues, and our Privacy Policy for data handling. For questions, contact hello@makeviralclip.com. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies this version.
