MakeViralClip creates an AI video from one photo and a selected reference scene. Contact: hello@makeviralclip.com.

Photos and generation providers

Your photo and the selected reference scene are uploaded to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio when checkout is prepared, so they are available after payment. This upload can occur even if you do not complete payment. Generation begins only after payment is verified. We do not publish your photo or result in a public gallery.

Uploaded inputs use the provider's temporary storage and expire after 48 hours. Finished video links expire within 24 hours. These provider link limits do not mean that every task or payment record is deleted at the same time.

Task and payment information

We retain task identifiers, status, provider references and payment records to deliver the service, prevent duplicate use, handle failures and resolve support requests. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card number. Stripe handles the contact and billing information you enter at checkout under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare. Hosting and generation providers process information needed to serve requests. We may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation, security and abuse prevention.

Browser storage and private lookup codes

This browser can store up to 50 recent request identifiers and private lookup codes locally. Your photo is not stored in browser history storage. Clearing browser data removes that local list. A private lookup code lets its holder retrieve the corresponding task and any still-available result; treat it like a password and do not post it publicly. Codes have no fixed time limit, but do not preserve expired video files.

We use cookies and browser storage for necessary functions and preferences. If optional analytics or advertising are enabled, the site's consent controls apply where configured. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser.

Requests and retention

To ask about access, correction or deletion, email us with enough information to identify your request. Do not send a full card number or unnecessary sensitive data. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud prevention or legal obligations; we do not promise immediate deletion of provider or payment records.
