Refund Policy

One-time purchases

Each clip costs $5.99 as a one-time payment through Stripe. This is not a subscription. Generation begins only after payment is verified. Leaving the page after payment does not cancel a running task.

Failed or uncertain generation

If generation is confirmed to have failed, the system automatically requests a full refund. If status is uncertain, we check the task again rather than submitting another chargeable request or treating it as a confirmed failure. A refund request is not the same as money arriving in your account; processing depends on Stripe and your bank.

Completed videos

AI output can vary in appearance and motion. If a completed video has a problem, contact us with a description so we can review the result and transaction. A refund for a completed task is not automatically promised. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Result links

Download your completed video within 24 hours. Provider links expire, and a saved lookup code does not restore an expired file. If you have trouble accessing a result, contact us promptly so we can review what happened.

Requesting help

Email hello@makeviralclip.com with your payment or transaction reference, approximate purchase time, selected template and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details. Share a private lookup code only in a private support exchange if needed to identify the task.

We review requests using task and payment records. We cannot give a fixed bank processing time; please allow your payment provider to process any approved refund.
